Vera Kebbe writes catchy pop melodies with interesting phrasings that captures everyday problems with a jazzy twist. The stories are brought to life by Vera's expressive voice which she lets stand in focus. This spring she releases the single I Will Call Him Sebastian from the self-produced album Those Tiny Things.
This young Swedish songwriter has been on stage these last 16 years and has been preforming with her own material since 2010. The inspiration she receives from artists like Camile, Regina Spektor, Kimbra and Laleh. In recent years, Vera has written, recorded and produced her new album that will be released later this year. The album is based on all those little things, good or bad, in life.
In her luggage, she has a Singer-Songwriter education from Rytmus in Stockholm and a Bachelor of Arts in Songwriting from the University of West London. One foot remains in England, where she is one half of ambient folk group VAL who releases their first EP after the summer. During the spring, Vera’s doing a European Street Tour and later a Summer Tour on Gotland, Sweden, that you just can’t miss!
